Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, invites an Information Technology Executive to join our team. You will provide technical support to staff and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, email access, hardware, software, and databases to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a degree in CS or IS and 1–2 years in IT infrastructure or network deployment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven 1-2 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure/Hardware/Network Deployment.
• Good knowledge in various computer systems, IT Infrastructure, Database (basic), Applications, or Identity Access Management (basic will do).
• Technical Knowledge in VLAN, Routing, Firewall Policies, ITU Standard for Cabling, Processor Management, Business Continuity, Server Management, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to staff in the company.
• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, email access management, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
• Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
• Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
• Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve company's operations.

• As the main contact person in liaison and managing 3rd party system vendors.

Job description

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Proven 1-2 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure/Hardware/Network Deployment.

Good knowledge in various computer systems, IT Infrastructure, Database (basic), Applications, or Identity Access Management (basic will do).

Technical Knowledge in (2 - 3 skills and above will be ideal): VLAN, Routing, Firewall Policies, ITU Standard for Cabling, Processor Management, Business Continuity, Server Management, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
