Job summary

Vinda SEA is seeking an IT Business Analyst at its Klang HQ, targeting 1–2 years in FMCG or IT consulting. You’ll handle Level 1–2 application support for ERP, WMS, and related supply chain systems, while helping train end users and build a knowledge base.

You will engage in project work, capturing requirements, supporting change management, and collaborating with vendors to implement effective IT solutions across the order, fulfilment, and logistics lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of FMCG/IT consultant experience.
• Experience with Supply & Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing and inventory management, Purchasing and procurement, and Transport Management System.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, WMS, MES, Planning tools and AS/RS is a plus.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Day-to-Day Functional / Application Support for ERP, WMS, TMS systems.
• Assist in knowledge base creation and end-user training.
• Collaborate with vendors for unresolved issues and drive solutions.
• Support business in day-to-day supply chain IT processes from order to billing.
• Lead or participate in change management and workshop sessions.

How You'll Make an Impact?

1.Day-to-Day Functional / Application Support

Act as the Level 1 & Level 2 Application Support for applications such as Demand & Supply Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS)

Support in building knowledge base with Level 1: Servicedesk.

Provide training to end users and Level 1: Servicedesk.

Involve in analyzing problems escalated from Level 1 and finding solution to the problem.

Involve in working and communicating to Vendor whenever a problem could not be resolved locally.

Support local application development and support across the product supply, supply chain and commercial processes

Support business in building Business Continuity Plan.

Support business Day to Day operation that related to the IT solutions implemented. End to end Supply Chain processes covering the stream from order processing, order fulfilment and logistics and all the way to billing management.

2.Project Based / Change Management

Facilitate or support workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.

Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process.

Review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.

Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and vendors to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.

Support for implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.

Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

To review application support incidents and to identify/analyze root causes and be able to provide recommendation/solutioning for continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

At least 1-2 years working experience in the FMCG / IT consultant industry.

Experience in application or process / transactional management tool such as Supply & Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing and inventory management, Purchasing and procurement, and Transport Management System.

Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using a structured approach.

Experience in Oracle EBS, WMS, MES, Planning tools and AS/RS technologies will be an added advantage.

Experience in Relational Database Management (i.e. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Server, MySQL) will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings.
