Job summary

Vinda SEA HQ in Klang (Bandar Bukit Raja) is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support day-to-day application and user support for Demand & Supply Planning, ERP, WMS and TMS. You will serve as Level 1–2 help, train users, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

In project work, you will capture requirements, assist in change management, and help map as-is and to-be processes across supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working experience in FMCG/IT consultant industry.
• Experience in application or process management tools such as planning, inventory, purchasing and transport systems.
• Experience analyzing problems with structured approaches; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day functional/application support for Demand & Supply Planning, ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• Provide training to end users and Level 1: Servicedesk; escalate to vendors when needed.
• Support local application development and cross-functional supply chain processes.
