Job summary

Vinda SEA is seeking an IT Business Analyst at its Klang HQ, targeting 1–2 years in FMCG or IT consulting. You’ll handle Level 1–2 application support for ERP, WMS, and related supply chain systems, while helping train end users and build a knowledge base.

You will engage in project work, capturing requirements, supporting change management, and collaborating with vendors to implement effective IT solutions across the order, fulfilment, and logistics lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of FMCG/IT consultant experience.
• Experience with Supply & Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing and inventory management, Purchasing and procurement, and Transport Management System.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, WMS, MES, Planning tools and AS/RS is a plus.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Day-to-Day Functional / Application Support for ERP, WMS, TMS systems.
• Assist in knowledge base creation and end-user training.
• Collaborate with vendors for unresolved issues and drive solutions.
• Support business in day-to-day supply chain IT processes from order to billing.
• Lead or participate in change management and workshop sessions.
