Job summary

IOI Properties Group in Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to maintain records, process invoices and ensure security controls across applications.

You will create technical docs, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors, while delivering clear communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or degree in IT and at least 1 year of IT support experience are required, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of application licenses, contract renewals, billing-related matters and procurement activities, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance with renewal requirements.

Process IT invoices, expense reports and vendor contracts.

Assist in establishing, reviewing, and maintaining application user security controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and security standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, including application installation and configuration procedures, troubleshooting guidelines and operational procedures.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow up with vendor.

Good in documentation and data compilation.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT).

Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support role.

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment.
