Aonic AB in Malaysia is seeking a compliance and trade affairs professional to safeguard ISO 9001 certification, manage export documentation, and coordinate regulatory matters across the region. You will prepare for audits, maintain QMS documentation, and align with SIRIM and MITI requirements.

The role involves coordinating certificates of origin, import/export controls, and ensuring licences are current for HQ and branches, while communicating with internal teams and authorities to stay

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (internal auditor certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with SIRIM, MITI, customs procedures and Incoterms
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following up with stakeholders and authorities
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Aufgaben

• Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 certification, including audit preparation, QMS documentation and the internal audit programme
• Manage SIRIM product certification renewals
• Handle strategic trade matters: Certificates of Origin, Made in Malaysia certification and Strategic Trade Act compliance
• Coordinate export documentation with the warehouse and freight forwarders, and follow shipments through to delivery
• Ensure all business licences for HQ and branches up to date
