Aonic in Malaysia is seeking a Compliance & Certifications Specialist to ensure the company remains certified, licensed and compliant as we buy and sell across the region.

You will coordinate ISO 9001:2015 certification, manage SIRIM renewals, and handle Certificates of Origin and export documentation with our warehouse and forwarders, ensuring licences stay current.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal audit is a plus.
• Familiarity with SIRIM, MITI, customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up with stakeholders and authorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 certification including audit prep, QMS docs and internal audit programme.
• Manage SIRIM product certification renewals.
• Handle strategic trade matters: Certificates of Origin, Made in Malaysia, and Strategic Trade Act compliance.
• Coordinate export documentation with warehouse and freight forwarders, and track shipments to delivery.
• Ensure business licences for HQ and branches are up to date.

The Role

You'll make sure Aonic stays certified, licensed and compliant as we buy and sell across the region. The work is varied: one day you're preparing for an ISO audit, the next you're arranging a Certificate of Origin or coordinating an export shipment with our forwarder.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate our ISO 9001:2015 certification, including audit preparation, QMS documentation and the internal audit programme
• Manage SIRIM product certification renewals
• Handle strategic trade matters: Certificates of Origin, Made in Malaysia certification and Strategic Trade Act compliance
• Coordinate export documentation with the warehouse and freight forwarders, and follow shipments through to delivery
• Ensure all business licences for HQ and branches up to date

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (internal auditor certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with SIRIM, MITI, customs procedures and Incoterms
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following up with stakeholders and authorities
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
