Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an ISO compliance executive to support the HOD Compliance Department in maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001 and GDPMD standards. You will assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures for work processes, under supervision.

You will also help with internal and external audits, prepare files, monitor corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Travel within Peninsular Malaysia and a valid B2/D licence are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 is preferable.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Energetic and able to work at any level.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Auditor with ISO committee activities.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment and determine controls.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and guidelines.
• Support implementation and control of certified management systems.
• Carry out workplace inspections and take appropriate action for compliance.
• Respond to concerns and investigations from workers and employers as directed by HOD.
• Establish and monitor workplace committee performance.
• Review subordinates' work to ensure department standards.
• Recommend procedural and policy changes.
• Assist internal and external audit activities and prepare audit files.
• Organize and maintain compliance records and audit papers.
• Perform daily administrative duties for compliance records.
