Job summary

Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality & Compliance professional to manage the ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) across the organisation. You will lead internal audits, coordinate external certifications, and support supplier and customer audits with rigorous documentation review and on-site coordination.

The role includes developing and updating manuals, procedures, work instructions, and control forms, while ensuring robust document

Qualifications

Experience maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 aligned management systems.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
Support customer and supplier audits with documentation review and on-site support.
Develop, review, and update manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms as per ISO requirements.
Ensure document control and archival procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the Company's Management Systems across ISO standards.
Lead audits and ensure timely corrective actions after findings.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers for audit activities and documentation review.
Develop and update quality and environmental manuals, procedures, and forms.
Manage the document control system and ensure proper archiving and version control.
