Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Internal Auditor to manage and perform Internal audits for QMS ISO 9001, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The role includes coordinating audits from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audits and customer audits) and handling checklists and logistics. You will follow up with cross-functional teams on corrective and preventive actions to close non-conformities, and perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Experience in quality management and internal audits is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Managing and perform Internal audit for QMS ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and managing the audit from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audit and customer audit) including responding to checklist and logistic arrangements.
• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Follow-up with cross functional team on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of non-conformities.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
