Zusammenfassung

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse/stock control professional to assist in packing, stock receiving and logistics coordination at AXIS Business Park, Petaling Jaya. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, handling invoices, and supporting deliveries with the admin team.

The ideal candidate holds a related diploma or degree, is organized with strong communication and time management, and is open to fresh graduates.

Qualifikationen

• Job requirements include at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent.
• Organized, with strong communication and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated.
• Ability to operate a reach truck is preferred; valid license is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; willing to work in AXIS Business Park, Petaling Jaya.

Aufgaben

• Assist in packing and preparing stock including online orders based on invoices.
• Handle incoming/outgoing stock; verify serial numbers with supplier invoices or delivery orders.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy; perform stock takes and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics schedules and deliveries with administrative team.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse and proper storage of goods.
• Keep accurate records of stock transactions and assist in related record-keeping.
• Provide updates on stock status, inventory levels and logistics activities to the HOD.
• Participate in ad-hoc warehouse and logistics projects as required.

Jobbeschreibung

Assist in packing and preparing stock included online sales based on given invoices;

Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing stock, checking the condition of goods, ensuring serial numbers match with supplier invoices or delivery orders, and performing goods receiving in system;

Manage warehouse inventory accuracy, conduct periodic stock takes, and investigate discrepancies if found;

Manage the logistics schedule, coordinate deliveries, and work closely with the administrative team to ensure the correct items are prepared for delivery;

Contribute to the safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse. This includes ensuring proper storage and organization of goods and maintaining a clean and safe workspace;

Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and assist in record-keeping tasks related to stock management;

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment in the warehouse;

Provide regular updates on stock status, inventory levels, and logistics activities to the HOD;

Assist in project-related warehouse and logistics activities as required;

Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent.

Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills

Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated

Ability to operate a reach truck is preferred.

Possess a valid reach truck license will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
