Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an energetic administrator to support Account Managers, source products, and prepare quotations in Petaling Jaya. You will follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery, and collaborate with the sales team to build a strong pipeline.

You will conduct outbound outreach, research opportunities, present quotations, and serve as the main internal contact when managers are away, ensuring a smooth sales process and timely ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• IT knowledge is an added advantage.
• Organized with strong communication and time management skills.
• Persistent, patient and results oriented.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude, self motivated and customer service oriented.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Account Managers and source for products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

Job description

Provide administrative support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery

Incorporate with sales team in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals

To conduct outbound email and calls to existing and potential leads and forward prospects with interest in company’s products to the sales team

Perform research on behalf of the company in order to identify available potential opportunities

Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified

Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers

Ensure the smooth running of sales process

To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage

Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills

Persistent, patient and results-oriented

High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills

Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation
