Job summary

Fortesys SDN. BHD. offers a logistics/supply chain internship for diploma or degree students. You will learn through hands-on tasks in a dynamic ICT distributor environment in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include supporting daily admin and operations, data entry, inventory documents, SAP entries, and general coordination. Training will be provided; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Study, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a team player.

Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business Study, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good communication skills and a team player.

Able to work in Puchong (near Bandar Puteri LRT Station).

Training and coaching will be provided.

What you'll do:

Support daily administrative and operational tasks.

Perform data entry, filing, and documentation.

Assist in handling documents for inventory control and process (such as goods receiving, shipping documents).

Check & key in documents (e.g. Sales Order, Goods Receive Note) into SAP system.

Assist in general coordination and ad-hoc assignments.
