Job summary

Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT support professional to provide daily IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 environments in our Malaysia office. You will ensure system stability and respond to incidents promptly to keep operations running smoothly.

You will develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, provide first-level SAP Business One support, assist with LAN/Wi-Fi and server maintenance, coordinate with vendors, manage IT asset

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in IT support or related roles.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or DAX will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for computers, laptops, printers, software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Monitor IT systems, antivirus protection, security updates, and system performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Provide first-level support for SAP Business One, including user access, system navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in IT infrastructure maintenance, including LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, servers, and user account administration.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware allocation, repairs, replacements, and purchasing requests.
• Provide technical and audio-visual support for management meetings, Microsoft Teams meetings, and corporate events.
• Maintain IT documentation, incident records, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
