Job summary

BPE Synergy Engineering Sdn Bhd in Melaka seeks a proactive Supply Chain Manager to translate customer requests into precise work instructions and accurate quotations.

You will coordinate with production, design and engineering to ensure on-time delivery, maintain stock records, and manage freight and shipping documentation.

Job description

Work directly with sales department to understand customer’s requests and ensure exact work instructions conveyed to operation team.

- Acknowledge, discuss and understand the requirements of customer’s requests with sales department and other departments to ensure accurate cost estimation for quotation issuance.

- Liaise and coordinate with production, design and engineering team to make sure on time delivery.

- Attend customer complaints and feedback to the respective department in a timely manner for immediate action through corrective action report and email

- Monitor and ensure all purchases meet the specifications requirements in terms of quality, reliability, price, delivery which in turn contribute to the overall quality and delivery time of the finished products.

- Ensure adequate records of issue notes, delivery notes, receiving and withdrawals of the store items to ensure proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

- Coordinate the handling of freight as well as the delivery of finished products by sales personnel.

- Maintain proper filling and record for Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoices, Corrective action reports and shipping documents.
