Job summary

Lucky Frozen is offering an internship for a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to assist the QC team in a production environment. You will learn to conduct inspections on materials and finished products, record results, and support alignment with GMP/HACCP and Halal requirements.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related diploma/degree, with good attention to detail and teamwork. Proficiency in Word/Excel is an added advantage for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Commitment to internship period required by university/college.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality control principles.
• Detail-oriented with good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a production/food manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QC team in conducting quality inspections on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Record inspection results, quality findings, and QC documentation.
• Identify non-conformance issues and report them to QC Executive or Supervisor.
• Support compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct sampling and basic quality testing per established procedures.
• Maintain proper QC records and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of QC equipment and materials.
• Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and corrective actions.
• Perform other QC-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
