Job summary

Build Ant Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer service officer to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to develop professional communication and problem‑solving skills.

Fluency in English and computer literacy are required. The role supports shift work and offers training and medical coverage as part of the benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
• Enhance and improve current process.
• Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
• Following process and procedure of the Company.
