Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a permanent night shift customer service role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The position requires at least SPM and prior customer service experience. Fluency in English is essential, with Mandarin as an advantageous additional language.

Working hours are 6pm–8am, five days per week, with KL Sentral as the work location. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and all employees qualify for EPF/SOCSO benefits as part of the standard package.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
