Job summary

Signature International Berhad invites you to join its internship program in Kuala Lumpur, where you will support the Accounts team and gain hands-on experience in financial administration.

During the internship, you will learn to issue sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and monthly statements from the ERP system, while developing Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and/or any other relevant field
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months. Availability to start on Early Oct 2026 is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• To issue sales invoice within a day from costing sheet received date by accounts.
• To issue debit note / credit note within a day from supporting documents received date by accounts.
• To generate the monthly statement of account from accounting system by end month, email to Accounts Payable team person-in-charge.
• To generate Purchase Invoice and matching in the ERP system within same day.
• To clear all the unrecorded purchase invoice within 2 weeks from the date verified by team lead AP on supplier reconciliation.

Job Description

To issue sales invoice within a day from costing sheet received date by accounts.

To issue debit note / credit note within a day from supporting documents received date by accounts.

To generate the monthly statement of account from accounting system by end month, email to Accounts Payable team person-in-charge.

To generate Purchase Invoice and matching in the ERP system within same day.

To clear all the unrecorded purchase invoice within 2 weeks from the date verified by team lead AP on supplier reconciliation.
