Job summary

Signature Market in Balakong is offering an internship in Customer Care. You will interact with customers, earn trust, and provide product guidance under supervision.

The role involves maintaining a positive and professional attitude across customer communications and supporting the team in delivering excellent service. Applicants must be final-year students, Malaysian citizens aged 18 or older, and available for at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
• Well versed in English, Malay and proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 3 months of internship.

Responsibilities

• Befriend customers for them to trust you and take your advice.
• Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
• Communicating with customers through various support.
• Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Communicating with customers through various support.

Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.

Requirements

Ability to Work Under Pressure.

Able to work in 7-day shifts (9 am-5 pm) with granted 2 off days per week.

Final Year student who is in their final semester only.

Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Minimum 3 months of internship.

Allowance : RM1000.00 per month
