Job summary

QBE Asia Services SDN. BHD. is seeking an Intermediary Management Specialist to grow a profitable agency portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable channel growth in Malaysia.

You will education intermediaries, manage licensing, and lead performance initiatives to enhance profitability. You will balance growth with regulatory responsibilities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and support channel recruitment and productivity enhancements across the agency network.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency services and intermediary management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes.
• Understanding of insurance products and commission structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a profitable agency portfolio.
• Coordinate intermediary recruitment in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support intermediaries in productivity, service and relationships.
• Manage commercial performance of intermediary channels (P&L).
• Monitor results and promote QBE products to grow new business opportunities.
