Job summary

Great Eastern Malaysia seeks a proactive professional to support the Agency Channel Head in driving growth, recruiting and activating agents, and monitoring training KPIs to boost agency productivity. You will drive new business acquisitions and renewals for Employee Benefits products, provide admin support, and deliver product presentations to clients and agency partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and compliance.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle complaints with urgency and objectivity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Agency Channel Head in growth and development of the Agency channel.
• Drive new business acquisitions and renewal retention for Employee Benefits products.
• Provide admin and operational support for servicing of EB agents and clients.
• Conduct trainings, meetings and engagement sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Prepare weekly activity updates and production reports.
• Ensure adherence to CCP and internal policies.
• Deliver product presentations and proposals to clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Claims to ensure service delivery.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase client product penetration.
• Provide consultative recommendations by analyzing claims and utilization reports.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new policies including benefits briefing, setup and billing.
• Monitor regulatory compliance risks and mitigate where appropriate.
• Stay aware of industry trends in regulatory compliance and emerging tech.
