Formación

• Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Investment, Economics or related studies.
• 8+ years in Life Insurance, specialising in agency channel business development.
• Proven track record in growing Life Insurance Agency business.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Public speaking is valued and important to the role.

Responsabilidades

• Optimise agency sales performance through support to Agency Leaders to meet production targets.
• Organise events and activities to build recruitment momentum among agencies.
• Plan and deliver product-based training for agencies to raise product awareness.
• Monitor agency performance and build rapport to drive production.
• Identify challenges and provide support to achieve desired results.
• Take initiative to create ad-hoc events to boost agency performance.
• Analyse strategies to benefit agencies towards yearly goals and create win-win outcomes.
• Formulate and execute business models for agency performance.
