QBE Asia is seeking a Risk & Compliance professional to support the team's regulatory responsibilities in a hybrid Malaysia-based role. The successful candidate will help maintain risk and compliance documents, monitor local regulations, and assist with auditor and regulator inquiries.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate is required.
• Experience in risk and compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders is important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate risk and compliance policies, frameworks and supporting documentation.
• Monitor relevant local regulations and help business teams understand controls.
• Support responses to auditors and regulators by gathering information and documentation.
• Assist with compliance reviews, identify risks and propose improvements.
• Prepare regular risk reports and analyses for oversight.
• Participate in investigations and collaborate to deliver quality outcomes.
