Job summary

Qualifications

The Institutional Operations Associate builds and maintains core KPI systems based on business workflows, conducts regular operational data monitoring, and identifies optimization opportunities to deliver data-driven insights supporting business decision-making. The role drives continuous improvement of operational efficiency through business analysis, monitors the effectiveness of business decisions, and ensures optimal allocation of corporate resources. The position provides end-to-end operational support for the front-end sales team, optimizing collaborative processes between front-end and back-end teams.

Key responsibilities

Build a core KPI system based on business workflows and conduct regular operational data monitoring

Identify operational optimization opportunities in a timely manner and deliver data-driven insights to support business decision-making

Drive continuous improvement of operational input-output efficiency through ad-hoc business analysis

Dynamically monitor the effectiveness of business decisions and ensure optimal allocation of corporate resources

Provide end-to-end operational support for the front-end sales team

Sort out existing business workflows and formulate productized solutions based on business rules

Continuously optimize collaborative processes between front-end and back-end teams

Participate in key business projects and coordinate cross-departmental resources efficiently

Deliver practical and implementable operational solutions

About you

Bachelor's degree or above from full-time university, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or other related disciplines

Strong logical thinking and analytical ability

Effective communication skills and good teamwork spirit

Basic product thinking and business awareness

Fluent in Mandarin and English, which can be used as working languages

Solid data analysis capabilities preferred

Financial industry working background preferred

Big Four accounting firm experience highly preferred
