Job summary

Hashkey Digital Asset Group Limited in Kuala Lumpur invites an Institutional Operations Associate to build KPI systems, monitor operational data, and deliver data-driven insights for decision making. You will support end-to-end operations and optimize front-end and back-end collaboration.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, fluent Mandarin and English, and a solid foundation in finance or accounting. Big Four background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English as working languages.

Responsibilities

• Build a core KPI system based on business workflows and monitor operational data.
• Identify optimization opportunities and deliver data-driven insights for decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational input-output efficiency through business analysis.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business decisions and allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide end-to-end operational support for front-end sales teams.
• Sort out existing workflows and formulate productized solutions based on business rules.
• Optimize collaboration between front-end and back-end teams.
• Participate in key projects and coordinate cross-department resources.
• Deliver practical and implementable operational solutions.
