Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an Associate to help stakeholders execute initiatives that improve business processes. You will work with senior and middle management on strategic decisions through research, data analysis and reporting.

You will also support cross-departmental efforts to minimize disruption to day-to-day operations, while showing initiative, attention to detail and strong Excel skills in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in business analysis or associate roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in ecommerce, B2B or D2C is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in business, social science, technology or engineering.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, global company.

• As an Associate you will play a key role in assisting key stakeholders in executing project(s) or initiative(s) that is aimed at improving our business processes
• You will be working closely with senior and middle management in strategic decision making through research, data analysis and reporting
• You will be also tasked with providing additional support to cross departments to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business analyst or associate-level roles. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in ecommerce, B2B or D2C is an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in business, social science, technology or engineering fields
• Self-starter, motivated and have a passion for working in a fast-paced e-commerce industry
• Extremely detail oriented and have strong analytical skills with the proper use of Excel. Must be comfortable with large volumes of data.
