Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Business Administration, marketing, Sciences or Engineering (or a related/equivalent field)
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position or in a technical position
• Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to Leads, quotes or orders
• Leads registration, qualification and distribution
• Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing
• Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
• Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
• Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation
• Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions
• Generating cross leads to other divisions
• To sell consumables and small quotes follow-up on selected accounts via phone and electronic media
• Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers
• Able to demonstrate benefits and operation improvements
