Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Malaysia is seeking a technical sales professional to grow the customer base in MNC/SME sectors. You will follow up on leads, provide product and application guidance, and convert opportunities into orders. You will work with engineering teams, manage projects, maintain CRM records, and support marketing campaigns.

A degree in a relevant field, knowledge of instrumentation, and a willingness to travel within Malaysia are required. A driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters).
• Knowledge on Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals).
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a Technical sales Environment.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines.
• Qualify database and update CRM.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning calls.
• Provide and present product and technical information to customers.
• Support sales manager in marketing campaigns and leads management.
• Drive project pipelines and act as technical advisor.
