Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Digital Sales professional in Malaysia to grow pipelines, qualify leads, and secure new customers across private and government sectors. You will work with the Sales & Marketing team to expand Digital Sales accounts and support CRM-driven activities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Digital or Field Sales, with experience in instrumentation or laboratory sales, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of Digital Sales or Field Sales experience.
• Instrumentation, Laboratory or Digital Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with result-oriented mindset and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Follow up on sales leads and provide sound consultation on MT’s product solutions.
• Secure new customers in private and government sectors.
• Grow Digital Sales pipelines and update CRM with activities.
• Support Senior Digital Sales Specialist and Head of Division in execution of Digital Sales and marketing campaigns.
• Deliver high quality solutions and respond to customer needs promptly.
