Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a technical sales professional in Selangor, Malaysia, to manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and support marketing campaigns with strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

Role requires a technical engineering background, 1–2 years in sales, and a proactive approach. You will work with customers and engineering teams to present MT solutions and negotiate favorable agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in engineering (Electrical/Mechatronic) or related field.
• Basic knowledge on Control Instrumentation systems (sensors, transmitters).
• 1–2 years in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines.
• Qualify database and update CRM.
• Identify potential customers and plan sales call schedules.
• Present product and technical information to customers.
• Support Business Area Manager in marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Interact with customers' engineering teams to demonstrate MT value.
• Conduct negotiations to achieve win–win outcomes.
