Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a sales professional in Malaysia to drive outbound prospecting and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure. You will coordinate with marketing and field teams, maintain CRM records, and tailor campaigns to customer needs, contributing to regional revenue goals.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, self-starting approach in a technical sales environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating with marketing and field sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns tailored to meet customers' needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
• Provide timely reports on pipeline status and market trends to sales leadership.
