Job summary

Mettler-Toledo in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, prospect new leads, and coordinate with field sales to visit targeted clients. You will manage sales cycles from first contact to contract closure and maintain accurate CRM records.

The role requires a degree, strong interpersonal skills, at least two years in a technical sales environment, and the ability to communicate MT's value.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating closely with marketing and field sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns that effectively communicate MT's core values, customized to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and feedback are communicated and addressed.
• Achieve assigned performance indicator and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Continuously update product knowledge to provide relevant information and value to customers.
• Consistently update CRM expertise to offer accurate guidance and timely resolution for order processing inquiries.
• Provide timely reports on pipeline status, market trends, and competitor activity to sales leadership.
