AceTeam Networks invites applications for an Inside Sales Representative in Malaysia. You will develop and maintain client databases, coordinate with the Sales Team to qualify and schedule meetings, and provide clients with pre-meeting information before handing them off to Sales.

You will also aim to meet targets and build a strong sales pipeline. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, are self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing-related discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain the database of potential clients for future dealings and follow-ups
• Work with Sales Team to qualify and engage appointments and meetings
• Provide clients with relevant information before meetings and hand over to Sales Team
• Meet sales targets and build a sales pipeline with Corporate Account Managers
• Track sales cycles weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Coordinate with distributors for product information and commercial terms
• Assist team to source and prepare tenders, pricing, and information for client submission
• Monitor renewals and pursue closure of contracts with internal teams
• Liaise with Operations for Support and Maintenance contract renewals
• Assess and validate customer needs and internal team requirements on an ongoing basis
