• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations for the sales team.

The Inside Sales Representative - Malaysia Market is responsible for providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities for the Singapore region. This role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate sales data, coordinating sales processes, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with sales representatives, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize the sales workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales operations, or sales support, preferably within an IT/technology distribution environment.
• Experience in server, storage, virtualization, and enterprise IT distribution is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology products and vendors such as VMware, HPE, Aruba, and similar server, storage, networking, and virtualization solutions.
• Experience working with regional or international markets; exposure to the Singapore or Southeast Asian market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing sales data, quotations, reports, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with Singapore business hours.
