The Inside Sales Specialist at Tec D Malaysia / Datech Autodesk supports sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets, managing customer engagement, and generating new business opportunities.

You will ensure accurate quotations and CRM management while collaborating with Field Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, customers, partners, and internal teams to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Sales, product, vendor, or CRM-related certifications would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets. Plan outbound calls and qualify needs.
• Customer Relationship & Account Support: Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams; develop account plans.
• Quotation, Pricing & Order Support: Build accurate quotations; coordinate pricing, promotions, and order processes.
• CRM, Reporting & Administration: Maintain CRM data; track follow-ups, pipeline, and forecasting.
