Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales coordination, inside sales, sales operations, or sales support.
• Experience in IT distribution or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations for the sales team.
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, calls, and events.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide initial product or service information to potential customers.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales tools and systems.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data, opportunities, and activity logs.
• Track sales metrics and KPIs and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure all orders are entered accurately and promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, and basic support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Support development and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and SOPs.
