Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or online chat to understand needs, recommend products or services, and answer inquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment with clear communication.
• Proactively follow up on quotations, addressing concerns to facilitate decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline service delivery.

Requirements:

• MinimumSPM(SijilPelajaranMalaysia)andabove,withatleast1-2yearsofcorporateworkingexperience.Mustcomewithmatureandaggressivepersonalities.
• StrongcommunicationskillsinEnglishandBahasaMalaysiatoenableeffectiveinteractionwithadiversecustomerbase.
• ExcellentknowledgeofMSOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)andproficiencyinothercomputer-relatedtasks.
• KnowledgeofSalesforceisanadvantage
• Abletoworkcomfortablyinamultitaskingenvironment,managingvarioustaskssimultaneouslywithoutlosingfocus.
