Job summary

GREEN FUTURE BIOTECH SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Malaysia to identify new opportunities and nurture relationships with customers. You will convey customer needs to tailor product recommendations, prepare quotations, and deliver compelling presentations.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with willingness to travel to meet clients and support orders. Fresh graduates with drive are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales meetings when required.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

OT will be given if working hours exceeded 45 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel or meet customers when required.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
