Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in business discipline.
• 1–3 years sales experience in heavy machinery, construction, sheet metal, metal fabrication or related industrial field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Sell PGG products and achieve assigned targets in the geographic area.
• Win new business and develop direct channel growth.
• Identify opportunities from industrial listings and cold-call potential customers.
• Maintain proactive contact with customers to retain and grow accounts.
• Support price increase programs and negotiate where needed.
• Coordinate with credit team to ensure payment collection.
• Follow up on lost business and implement recovery strategies.
