Air Liquide Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales professional to drive bulk regional sales and manage long sales cycles, ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and act as the main client contact while balancing profitability and efficient resource use.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with 0–5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

To achieves sales target, GM level & OI Level for bulk sales of the region, with new contract signing

Manage activity long sales cycle to ensure strong customer experience

Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.

Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Ensure proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability though optimized allocation and use of available resources.

Reporting on market intelligence and opportunity with sales activity reporting via customer visit, meeting, networking.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

0 to 5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates with a keen interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in technical sales, industrial solutions, or engineering equipment is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proactive drive to achieve sales targets.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
