Job summary

Synerwell Industrial Solutions Sdn Bhd in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by providing technical expertise and consultative sales support. This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to our industrial solutions business.

You will identify and pursue new clients, build lasting relationships, deliver demonstrations, and support pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA is beneficial.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new clients in designated region to maximise potential.
Develop long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting client requirements.
Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase company solutions.
Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
Review sales performance and costs.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and events.
Meet sales targets and coordinate relevant projects.
Collaborate with supervisors on accounts to close deals.
Identify customer technical challenges to tailor selling strategies.
