Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, pumps, compressors, material handling, process equipment, or other industrial solutions.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience handling both inbound leads and proactive outbound sales activities.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and cold-calling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing industrial customers.
• Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
• Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead-generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and industries.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
