Job summary

Synerwell Industrial Solutions Sdn Bhd in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by providing technical expertise and consultative sales support. This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to our industrial solutions business.

You will identify and pursue new clients, build lasting relationships, deliver demonstrations, and support pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients in designated region to maximise potential.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting client requirements.
• Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase company solutions.
• Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
• Review sales performance and costs.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and events.
• Meet sales targets and coordinate relevant projects.
• Collaborate with supervisors on accounts to close deals.
• Identify customer technical challenges to tailor selling strategies.

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at Synerwell Industrial Solutions Sdn Bhd, based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by providing technical expertise and consultative sales support to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our industrial solutions business.

Key responsibilities

Identify and search for new clients who might benefit from company solutions or services and maximising client potential in a designated region.

Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to help customers discover and understand service that provided by company.

Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations.

Provide Pre-sales and post-sales support to customer.

Review Cost and sales performance.

Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, product seminars, conferences, and other marketing events.

Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.

Work closely with the superior on assigned accounts and opportunities to secure deals.

Identify customers technical challenges and needs to design a customized selling strategy.

About you

Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering field or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Self-motivated, dynamic, results-oriented, analytical and possess strong negotiation skills.

Able to communicate at all levels of management.

Able to work well independently as well in a team.

Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Knowledge or experience in PLC programming, factory automation control system, SCADA is beneficial.
