BISB in Puchong Selangor is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our engineering team. You will develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, close deals, and maintain customer relationships for our automation solutions.

You will travel for client meetings, prepare quotations, and provide after-sales support with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

We are an engineering company that looking for aSales Engineer to join our team in Puchong Selangor. This is a full-time position who responsible for developing and executing sales, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships with our specialized engineering solutions.

What will you be doing:

• Achieve sales revenue and project targets through presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research and competitor analysis.
• Able to prepare & follow up on quotations & emails.
• Provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track and report sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.

What we’re looking for

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years sales experiences are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin‑speaking clients
