Job summary

Apex Uniparts (KL) Sdn Bhd seeks a motivated Sales Engineer to join the Kota Kemuning, Selangor team. This full-time role blends engineering knowledge with technical sales and business development across refinery, OEM, boilermaker and palm oil mill sectors.

You will work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and develop new opportunities, with a focus on long-term relationships and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Sales, marketing or business development experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industrial applications and markets is preferred.
• Experience working with palm oil mills would be highly advantageous.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical advice, product support and after-sales assistance.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor sales activities and work towards achieving assigned targets.
• Keep up to date with relevant products, technologies and industry developments.
