• Track ongoing and completed service jobs using Excel-based trackers.
• Assist in preparing spare parts quotations for customers.
• Follow up on spare parts deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain overview of critical spare parts in stock.
• Act as the primary contact for service-related issues and update customers.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, and invoices with accounts department.
• Maintain accurate service records for internal and customer reference.
• Support sales and technical teams with related admin tasks.
• Assist in processing warranty claims with suppliers and coordinating warranty documentation.
