Job summary

STT ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to handle inquiries, process orders and quotes using internal systems, and resolve issues promptly. You will manage daily sales order processing, documentation, delivery planning and coordination with internal teams, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on outstanding orders.

Proven experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis.
Process orders and quotes using internal systems.
Resolve customers’ complaints and issues promptly, escalating where required.
Manage daily sales order processing, documentation, delivery planning and coordination with internal teams.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow-up on outstanding orders with internal teams.
Follow up with Purchasing team on outstanding goods.
Prepare daily invoices and delivery orders.
