Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre, preferably after-sales/technical support.
• Strong communication to explain complex information clearly to customers.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities; multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software, databases and computer systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Calm, professional demeanor when dealing with difficult customers.
• Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions and service requests.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in English; Malay or Mandarin is advantageous.
