You will assign technicians, confirm appointments, ensure equipment and parts are ready, track progress, handle service requests and maintain accurate records in the company system.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, operations or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and organisational skills may be considered.
• Good Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, especially Excel.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers, dealers and technicians.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle multiple jobs and follow up on pending matters.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting schedules.
• Assign technicians according to job location, urgency and workload.
• Confirm appointment dates and times with customers and dealers.
• Ensure technicians have the necessary equipment, parts and job information before attending site.
• Monitor job progress and follow up until completion.
• Receive and coordinate service requests, complaints and installation arrangements.
• Liaise with dealers regarding customer information, agreed scope of work and installation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain service orders, installation forms, job sheets and service reports.
• Update service records and job status in the company's system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing for required spare parts and equipment.
